  • A written or digital confirmation (email/message/invoice) constitutes an official booking.

3. Booking & Payment

  • A booking confirmation will be issued only after receiving a partial or full advance payment.

  • Remaining payment, if any, must be cleared as per the terms mentioned in your booking invoice.

  • Accepted payment modes include cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other methods mutually agreed upon.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in forfeiture of advance payments.

4. Pricing & Quotations

All prices mentioned are subject to change based on market conditions, availability, and customization.

  • Taxes, service charges, or additional costs (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned in the final quotation.

  • Quotations are valid for a limited time period as stated in the proposal.

5. Event Responsibility

Spice Walkers ensures food hygiene, quality, and service excellence. However, the following applies:

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, and location.

  • Any last-minute changes may impact service delivery and incur additional charges.

  • We are not liable for delays or issues arising from unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, power failures, or venue-related problems.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event are eligible for a partial refund (subject to administrative costs).

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • In case of unavoidable cancellation from our end, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

7. Food Safety & Quality

Spice Walkers adheres to the highest standards of hygiene, preparation, and quality.

  • All ingredients used are fresh and sourced from trusted suppliers.

  • We maintain proper temperature control, packaging, and delivery standards.

  • Once food is delivered or served, responsibility for its handling and storage lies with the client.
