General Question
We understand that planning an event comes with many questions. To make things easier, we’ve answered some of the most common queries about our catering services — from booking requirements and menu changes to dietary preferences and staffing. Explore these FAQs to know how we ensure every event is smooth, delicious, and worry-free.
Terms & Conditions
- Booking & Deposit: A confirmed booking requires a signed agreement and deposit. The deposit is non-refundable after [X] days prior to the event (you can fill in the number of days, e.g., 7 days).
- Guest Count & Final Headcount: You must provide a tentative guest count when booking and a final headcount by a specified cut-off (e.g. 3 days before the event). We prepare based on final numbers.
- Menu Confirmation & Changes: Menu selections must be finalized by a set date. Changes after that date may be accommodated but incur extra cost, depending on availability.
- Payment Terms: Full payment is due by the event day (or as agreed). Late payments may incur penalties. We accept the payment methods agreed in the quote (e.g. bank transfer, UPI, cash).
- Liability & Food Safety: Spice Walkers ensures food is prepared under safe and hygienic conditions. Beyond that, we are not liable for issues arising after service (e.g. food spoiling after event end).
